SPECIALISED COATING CENTRE
We have decades of experience applying and selecting the most suitable coatings for enhanced wear & performance efficiency through our established strip, inspect and report procedure. This process involves:
STRIP
Our service team place your rotating equipment into one of our modern, clean and environmentally controlled workshops. Our workshops are well-equipped with modern tooling and complemented by our team of experienced technicians, allowing us to carefully prepare the pump and its components for inspection without any risk of contamination.
INSPECT
We take pride in our market-leading inspection criteria that allows any equipment to be stripped swiftly and efficiently. All critical dimensions are measured and recorded using calibrated equipment. A photo diary of the equipment being stripped and the results are recorded. This allows our engineers to recommend the necessary work and steps required to restore each component to as-new condition.
Once the in-house inspection has been completed, we offer an open invitation for any customer to attend our service centres and review the findings in person.
REPORT
Following the strip and inspection, a detailed report is produced and submitted, showcasing the full results of our findings. This will include all key dimensions, photographs, design tolerances and a recommendation of the work required to be completed.
